What you will do
- Keep daily office operations running smoothly for the local branch.
- Oversee the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance coordination and claims handling.
- Manage fixed-line and mobile phone-related topics.
- Carry out a wide range of administrative and organizational support tasks.
- Assist with marketing activities in both online and offline channels.
- Prepare expense reports and travel reimbursement claims for brokers.
- Review incoming invoices and route them for further processing.
- Issue outgoing invoices.
What we are looking for
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in office management or assistant roles is preferred.
- A customer-focused and service-oriented manner.
- A friendly, dependable personality with quick comprehension and strong organizational ability.
- A structured, proactive, independent and careful way of working.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
