Serrano Intermediate, part of Saddleback Valley Unified School District, is hiring an Office Manager for a school-day schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The position is based in Mission Viejo, California.

What the role involves
Reporting to the intermediate school principal, the Office Manager will handle advanced secretarial and administrative support, take care of a wide range of office details, and help keep school clerical and secretarial operations running smoothly.
Schedule and work year
This is a full-time role with a work pattern of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, across 10.75 months per year.
Compensation
The hourly pay range is $27.56 to $35.10. This is Range 39. External candidates begin at Step A-C depending on verified experience. Existing regular employees moving up through promotion are placed at the lowest step in the new range that provides an estimated 5% increase, subject to salary schedule limits.
