Office Manager

Role overview

This is an on-site Office Manager position based in Warwick, supporting a growing SaaS EdTech business. The role is suited to someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, bringing structure to day-to-day office activity, and helping the business maintain strong standards as it scales.

The annual salary for this role is £35,000.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office consumables, facilities activity, and relationships with vendors and service partners.
• Work with external providers to make sure office support services are coordinated effectively.
• Help improve how the workplace operates by suggesting and implementing better processes and ways of working.
• Support health, safety, and general workplace compliance tasks.
• Assist with ESG-related work, including keeping records up to date and gathering supporting evidence.

What we are looking for

• Experience in office management, workplace coordination, or another operations-oriented position.
• Comfort handling several priorities at once while dealing with both internal colleagues and external contacts.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with a good follow-through on actions and tasks.
• Strong organisation, close attention to detail, and solid IT ability.
• Interest in improving operations and contributing to positive outcomes for communities and the environment.
