Overview

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to handle the daily administrative and operational duties within our office based in Dubai, UAE. The role involves ensuring smooth office functionality, coordinating between departments and external parties, managing office processes, and supporting senior management professionally. Experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or similar industries is highly valued.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee office daily operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional environment.
  • Manage scheduling for office activities including meetings, appointments, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing and documentation systems.
  • Handle official correspondence and confidential records with discretion.
  • Enforce adherence to office policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency.
  • Resolve office-related operational issues promptly to maintain workplace efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior management such as preparing reports, agendas, presentations, and documenting meeting minutes with follow-ups on actions.
  • Compose professional communication documents including emails, memos, and letters for internal and external use.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and coordination.
  • Manage office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, visitor arrangements, and workspace setup for new hires.
  • Coordinate with service providers and building management to maintain office safety, cleanliness, and operational status.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, invoice processing, and petty cash management in collaboration with Finance.
  • Help organize corporate events, entertainment, and internal functions, including guest coordination and event logistics support, occasionally outside regular hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred.
  • At least five years’ experience in office management, administrative roles, or executive office coordination, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or events sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
  • Fluent English language proficiency required.
  • Applicants must currently be residing in the UAE.

Salary and Location

The position offers a monthly salary up to AED 10,000 inclusive of all benefits. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
