Role overview

The Office Manager will lead the day-to-day administrative and operational flow of the workplace, making sure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that supports productivity. This role acts as the main coordination point for office activities and helps employees, leadership, and core business functions stay organized and well supported.

What the role covers

You will handle office procedures, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain the systems that keep daily operations running. The position is responsible for ensuring that internal processes remain efficient and in line with company policies and broader organizational goals.

A major part of the job is managing office facilities, supplies, equipment, and relationships with vendors. This includes tracking inventory, arranging upkeep and repairs, managing purchasing needs, and making sure essential resources are available when required.

You will also organize meetings, book appointments, coordinate business events, and support travel planning. The role calls for accurate completion of administrative work and clear communication across different teams.

In addition, the Office Manager will oversee recordkeeping, filing structures, documentation routines, and office reporting. All information must be stored properly, protected, and handled according to company procedures.

The role works with teams such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Executive Management to help achieve business objectives and improve workplace efficiency. It may also involve support with expense tracking, budgeting tasks, and operational planning.

Beyond the daily tasks, this position should look for ways to improve administrative processes, streamline workflows, and increase office productivity. With strong leadership and organization, the Office Manager helps maintain a professional, positive, and well-functioning workplace.

Requirements

  • Solid background in office administration and general office management.
