About the Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding global technology and engineering services company serving the petrochemical, fine chemical, and modular engineering industries throughout Southeast Asia.
Role Overview
They are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Office Manager to oversee operations at their Singapore headquarters. This role serves as a central coordinator and executive support for their dynamic commercial trading teams and senior technical staff being assigned to regional projects in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance and manage the relocation logistics, including housing and travel arrangements, for senior expatriates and engineering personnel deployed to Indonesia.
- Coordinate employment passes, S Passes, and executive work permits by liaising with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Establish and supervise daily office operations including workflow management, local procurement, service agreements, budget administration, and vendor relations for the new Singapore office.
- Support HR functions by managing employee onboarding, leave records, and personnel files.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and all related statutory filings.
Requirements
- Prior experience of several years in office administration, executive support, or operational roles within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Oil & Gas, or Maritime industries.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate detailed corporate travel and relocation logistics for senior leadership.
- Practical knowledge of employment laws in Singapore, including the Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM pass procedures.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset suitable for establishing and enhancing operational processes in an emerging office environment.
- Diploma or degree qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
