Due to business growth, they are seeking a dependable and disciplined Office Assistant cum Production Operator to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate various printer machines to produce wristbands, stickers, and ID cards; training will be provided.
• Perform basic computer tasks including printing, file management, and simple Excel operations, with training offered.
• Run small production equipment such as laminators, heat presses, and rotary cutters under guidance.
• Maintain records and inventory updates for stock, orders, and materials using basic computer applications.
• Package, label, and prepare client orders meticulously for dispatch.
• Use mobile applications or access the web as needed for work-related duties.
• Maintain an organized and ready workspace to facilitate smooth production processes.
• Follow instructions clearly communicated in basic English, Hindi, or Bengali.
• Possession of a driver's license and ability to ride a scooter or bike is advantageous but not compulsory.

Candidate Requirements

• Capable of performing fundamental computer activities like internet browsing and file handling; further training will be provided.
• Basic English literacy is necessary for communication, with Hindi or Bengali also utilized.
• Honest, attentive, disciplined, and comfortable with repetitive and rule-bound tasks.
• Willingness to engage in some manual labor and machine operation.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade; preference is given to graduates.
• Holding a two-wheeler license is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
