Role Overview

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires delivering quality service and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion workplace safety by incorporating safety-first principles in all tasks and encouraging all employees to prioritize safety.
  • Manage front office reception duties including greeting clients, handling phone and email inquiries, managing office supplies and light refreshments, and maintaining general upkeep.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and facility management to coordinate office needs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and documentation management.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as required.
  • Assist with credit card transaction processing using Receipt Bank software.
  • Administrate vehicle fleet requirements, including tracking insurance, registration, and driver licenses for employees with company car provisions.
  • Continuously seek to enhance administrative workflows and processes across the office.
  • Support the accounts payable function through administrative assistance.
  • Perform other related administrative responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least two years experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and precise attention to detail.
  • Consistent attendance record.
