Job Overview
We are inviting an experienced female candidate residing near our Chennai office to join as a Sales Coordinator and Office Administrator for our medical equipment business. This role involves comprehensive management of the sales process including tele-calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, commercial coordination, payment tracking, key account management, along with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete sales coordination for medical products like X-ray, DR systems, and imaging devices.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage quotations, tenders, proposals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealers, and internal teams to ensure efficient order execution.
- Maintain and update CRM data and sales pipelines accurately.
- Make outbound calls to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics to generate new leads.
- Identify potential customers through market research and utilize databases effectively.
- Engage in follow-up communications with doctors, administrators, and purchasing teams to advance sales closures.
- Support commercial negotiations and pricing discussions; prepare techno-commercial and compliance documentation.
- Monitor customer payments, coordinate timely invoicing with accounts, and ensure GST compliance.
- Manage relationships with key hospital and diagnostic clients; act as principal contact for repeat business and opportunities for upselling.
- Perform daily office administration tasks; maintain detailed sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in tender submission processes and regulatory paperwork; organize internal meetings and reporting activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or an equivalent Biomedical degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales coordination or inside sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Tamil, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and professional email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines efficiently, and demonstrate strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
- Familiarity with tender processes is an advantage.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
