Role overview
This is a full-time Office Administrator position based in the Dublin office in Ireland. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.
The role is suited to someone who is looking to begin or develop their career in a fast-moving environment and contribute to office operations across a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine data entry work accurately and efficiently.
- Take care of office printing-related tasks.
- Communicate with different stakeholders by email and phone.
- Carry out e-filing and docketing of transcripts for courts when required.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities across the office.
- Download files from, and upload files to, internal workflow systems.
- Assist other teams whenever additional support is needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience using common computer tools such as Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF software, email, and data entry systems.
- Solid familiarity with the online and internet environment.
- Strong command of English, including writing, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Comfortable handling phone-based communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet several deadlines at the same time.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Prior experience in a legal office is advantageous, though not essential.
Compensation
The offered salary range is 30K to 35K.
Work schedule
This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with office hours from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.
