Role Overview

The Office Admin Executive will take charge of day-to-day administrative coordination, document handling, communication support, and office upkeep. The role also includes assisting HR-related documentation and keeping records, correspondence, and supplies well organized.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep both physical and digital records systematically arranged and updated.
  • Locate, file, and revise documents for different teams whenever needed.
  • Apply proper document naming, version tracking, and archival practices.
  • Prepare and format letters, memos, and other formal office communications.
  • Use and look after office devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Track office consumables and arrange replenishment before stock runs low.
  • Manage courier movement, dispatch work, and incoming or outgoing mail.
  • Help set up meeting spaces, print materials, and maintain basic workplace order.
  • Answer and place calls professionally and courteously.
  • Write and send polished emails on behalf of the team.
  • Coordinate routine communication with internal teams and outside contacts.
  • Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support HR with onboarding papers, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Help organize interviews, meetings, and internal events.
  • Maintain attendance sheets, leave records, and employee files.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and circulars.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience is required to apply.
  • A graduate degree in any stream is preferred, with commerce, arts, or science backgrounds mentioned; computer application certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in administrative or office support work is expected.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with Google Sheets.
  • Fast typing ability and solid data handling skills.
  • Well-developed organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Professional phone manners and the ability to manage calls and mail independently.
  • Careful attention to detail while handling records and documentation.
  • Comfort with office equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, laptops, and desktops.
  • Basic familiarity with data entry tools and accounting systems is preferred.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to support team members in a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The annual salary range for this position is INR 2,42,000 to INR 3,70,000.
