About the role
We are looking for an Offer & Planning Coordinator in the outdoor advertising / out-of-home media space. In this position, you will turn incoming customer requests into well-structured, professionally prepared media plans and offers. The company operates more than 24,000 advertising media and focuses on giving direct clients tailored recommendations instead of simple location lists. A modern planning tool and individual consultation are central to the way this work is done.
Your mission
Your main task is to create qualified proposals that help customers receive clear, well-reasoned recommendations quickly. The role combines planning, analysis, consultation, and follow-up work to develop attractive advertising solutions.
Key tasks
- Prepare customized booking and quotation proposals using the planning tool.
- Build plans based on target groups, region, budget, and customer requirements.
- Evaluate placement, impact, and required investment levels.
- Develop modern offer documents instead of relying on plain site lists.
- Advise direct customers on the most suitable advertising spaces.
- Follow up proactively on inquiries, network requests, and reservations.
- Derive optimal recommendations for quantities and locations.
- Create appealing offer alternatives, including optional special deals.
- Pass confirmed offers to dispatch / scheduling for order entry.
- Research prospective new customers and their advertising activity.
- Help improve offer templates and planning workflows.
Profile and qualifications
You should bring a commercial background or practical experience in sales, marketing, communications, or other advertising-related work. Career changers are welcome, as structured onboarding is provided. The ideal candidate works carefully, in a customer-focused way, and enjoys planning, analysis, and advisory tasks. Strong digital comfort and good PC skills are important, along with a high quality standard and a preference for tailored solutions over generic suggestions.
