About the Role
LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation that delivers therapy and assessment services to people with disability. Support is provided in clients’ homes, in community environments, and through telehealth, with operations across four states and nationwide. The Western Sydney team is expanding and is seeking Occupational Therapists to join the service.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate each client’s needs, priorities, and goals.
- Develop therapy plans grounded in evidence-based practice.
- Provide support in home, school, and community settings.
- Prepare concise reports that comply with NDIS requirements.
- Work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Organise your own workload with a high level of flexibility and independence.
What You’ll Bring
- Current full AHPRA registration; limited registration may also be considered.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Experience working with NDIS participants is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A kind, client-centred mindset and enthusiasm for community-based work.
