Key Responsibilities

• Lead or actively engage in project teams to devise and deploy solutions tailored to client needs, maintaining specified quality and timelines.
• Create new tools or modify existing ones to satisfy specific client requirements.
• Supervise the technical design processes ensuring consistency with business objectives, industry norms, and best practices, including ideal configuration of modules, databases, and interfaces.
• Prepare and present capability evaluations, assessments, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project activities such as drafting project plans, allocating resources, and facilitating collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Guide and foster the professional development of consulting team members through mentorship and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of O9 Integrated Business Planning platforms.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and customizing integrated business planning and supply chain solutions.
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies and principles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
