Alphi Health Private Limited operates as NextDoorNutritionist, a rapidly expanding clinical nutrition firm. We are launching a premium clinic in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Guided by a seasoned clinical nutritionist with over 10 years of experience and a significant digital footprint (~300k Instagram followers), we specialize in delivering evidence-backed, results-driven nutrition programs both onsite and virtually for clients in India and abroad. We aim to build a compact high-performance team spanning clinical operations, digital marketing, and client success to advance our programs and expand clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads through calls, messages, and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Assess and comprehend client health objectives and concerns effectively.
- Articulate program details and service offerings clearly to potential clients.
- Establish trust with clients to facilitate conversions.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain essential records of lead status and sales progression.
Requirements
- Excellent communication abilities and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience in sales calling or tele-sales is essential.
- Capability to confidently manage client objections.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Background in healthcare or wellness is advantageous.
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in sales roles.
