Nursery Manager

Overview

We are a reputable British Nursery based in Al Ain, UAE, seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to lead our branch. The main objective is to provide effective professional leadership and management to achieve high-quality education by improving teaching and learning processes, ensuring personalized learning plans to unlock each child's potential, and steering the nursery towards achieving its goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of nursery operations.
• Engage daily with children under the age of four and manage communications with parents.
• Organize and conduct workshops or training sessions for teachers and teaching assistants.
• Ensure the Nursery maintains a commitment to delivering quality education focusing on ongoing improvement and positive student outcomes.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures that guarantee the health and safety of all children at all times.
• Recruit, select, and train qualified staff in compliance with Early Years curriculum standards.
• Supervise staff to ensure the consistent maintenance of quality standards.
• Ensure lesson plans align with and follow the British curriculum framework.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Years or a Bachelor's degree combined with a CACHE Level 5 certificate.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting, with a focus on the British curriculum.
• Knowledge of ADEK regulations is advantageous.
• Demonstrable classroom experience, strong leadership capabilities, and fluent English proficiency.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to foster a welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
