Role overview

Paddington Education is hiring a full-time Nursery Cleaner to work on site in Dubai. The position is focused on keeping the nursery environment clean, safe, and hygienic for children, staff, and visitors.

Key duties

The cleaner will be responsible for daily upkeep of classrooms, play areas, restrooms, and shared spaces. The job also includes proper sanitising of surfaces, safe disposal of waste, and helping keep cleaning materials stocked and organised.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should know how to clean and sanitise spaces effectively and use cleaning chemicals safely. Strong attention to detail is important, especially in busy areas that need regular upkeep. A good understanding of health and safety practices in childcare settings is required, along with solid time management and organisational ability to complete tasks on schedule. The role also calls for a cooperative attitude when working with nursery staff. Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance, particularly in educational or childcare environments, would be an advantage. Basic English communication skills are also needed.
