Role Overview
Hoe Bridge School is currently inviting applications for a full-time Nursery Assistant position to commence in September 2026. This role involves a 40-hour workweek at Greenfield Little School, focusing on nurturing and supporting children as young as six months old within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework in a vibrant, year-round early childhood setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued team member, the Nursery Assistant will collaborate closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care, encouragement, and engaging learning opportunities that promote each child's development and well-being. Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager, this individual is expected to contribute positivity, energy, and a sincere passion for early childhood care, fostering a warm and supportive environment that encourages every child to thrive.
Qualifications and Experience
While applicants with relevant Early Years or childcare qualifications and experience working with children under three years old are preferred, these are not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate the right attributes and enthusiasm for the role.
Additional Information
The role offers a full-time equivalent salary ranging between 25,651 and 31,801 annually.
