Role Overview
The Nurse Educator plays a vital role in supporting nursing education programs and fostering staff development within the organization. This position works closely with nursing leadership to design, execute, and assess various educational initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical competency and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the enhancement and delivery of nursing education and professional development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing leaders to plan, implement, and evaluate training activities.
