Overview
Canada Notary, recognized as Ontario’s largest network for notary and document services, is looking for a dependable and detail-focused representative for its Milton office at 450 Bronte St S, Unit 202.
Role Summary
This is an in-person client service role serving as the main contact for people who need notarization, Commissioner of Oaths support, and related document assistance. Clients typically find the office through online search and may arrive with appointments or as walk-ins. The position requires quick, accurate, and courteous service, along with consistent professionalism that supports the company’s reputation.
Key Duties
- Welcome and assist both walk-in and scheduled clients needing notarization or commissioning services.
- Handle each transaction carefully, including recording services and processing payments accurately.
- Keep the service area tidy, orderly, and professional at all times.
- Work with the central team to manage apostille, translation, and shipping-related requests.
- Invite satisfied clients to leave a Google review at the time of service.
- Share daily transaction counts and deposit information according to company process.
What the Company Is Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working directly with clients in a front-desk environment. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and punctual attendance are important. Basic familiarity with digital tools such as scheduling systems, messaging apps, and payment terminals is also needed. Having a commissioner or notary credential is considered helpful, but it is not mandatory.
Work Schedule and Location
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The role is based in Milton at 450 Bronte St S, Unit 202.
