Night Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Binx Professional Cleaning is hiring an Evening Facilities Supervisor in North Bay, Ontario. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with a schedule that starts at 5:00 pm, runs Monday to Friday, and includes alternate weekends. The position requires 35+ hours per week and is intended for an upcoming vacancy.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $22 to $25 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out cleaning duties according to the assigned schedule.
• Support and train new team members.
• Coordinate with other staff to keep cleaning standards aligned with company expectations.
• Look after cleaning tools, supplies, and products, and flag repair or replacement needs when necessary.
• Store products safely and maintain sanitary handling practices.
• Work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
• Review work completed by others and provide daily updates to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in cleaning is required.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• You should be able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Training will be provided.
• You must be comfortable working independently, with a partner, or within a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude are essential.
• You should be flexible with changing schedules and routines.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail are important.
• The job requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, reaching, stretching, bending, walking, and pushing a vacuum for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and methods is expected.
• Availability for evenings and scheduled weekends is required.

Additional Requirements

You must have your own vehicle and a valid G driver’s license, along with your own insurance. A clean criminal record is required. You will sometimes use your personal vehicle for work and receive reimbursement, although a company vehicle is provided most of the time. You will also be responsible for keys and access codes.
