About Association Le Parc
Association Le Parc operates five establishments in the medico-social sector. They are currently seeking a full-time Care Assistant (Aide-Soignant.e) or Educational and Social Support Worker (Accompagnant.e Educatif et Social) to join the night shift team at Résidence Robinson, a living facility offering both a Life Home and Medicalized Reception Home.
The Résidence Robinson accommodates thirty residents with disabilities combined with communication disorders.
Position Details
- Permanent full-time contract (CDI)
- Start date: 7th September 2026
- Working hours: 9:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Work schedule includes every other weekend
- Employment governed by Collective Agreement 66
- Seniority credit transfer applicable
- Recruitment interviews scheduled for 20th and 21st August 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Support adult residents with disabilities in daily living activities.
- Implement measures to preserve and enhance residents' autonomy, skills, and well-being.
- Assist or support residents with self-care, health-related activities, and social interactions.
- Plan and facilitate activities promoting healthy sleep cycles respecting individual rhythms.
- Participate in developing and monitoring individual care plans and progress reports.
- Observe residents' health status changes in collaboration with nursing and medical teams.
- Administer medication during nurse absences under medical directives and nurse instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility and residents, including night-time cleaning of shared spaces and offices according to schedule.
- Handle internal laundry cleaning duties.
- Manage and control storage of stocks and consumables.
- Oversee building security and access controls.
- Provide a reassuring presence to residents.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment.
- Adherence to safety, prevention protocols, and HACCP hygiene standards.
- Promptly report and act on any operational irregularities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in variable situations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exhibit kindness and build trusting relationships with residents while respecting privacy.
- Show enthusiasm and energy to encourage and comfort residents.
