Night Porter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel guest services and premises management during night hours. The position involves shift work from 10:30pm to 7:00am, five nights a week. Key duties include performing routine inspections throughout the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are upheld. You may also support conference room and coffee station setups.

Work Environment

You will work alongside at least one member of the night team, often coordinating with events personnel present during late-night weddings and functions.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in night shift roles is desirable and should suit your lifestyle.
• Background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Confidence in working independently at night and taking responsibility for guest safety and wellbeing in a large hotel setting.
