Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods utilizing handheld terminals, reporting discrepancies to management promptly.
• Inspect products for quality and shelf life, ensuring packaging is secure for delivery preparation.
• Maintain high customer service standards by processing deliveries efficiently and achieving set targets.
• Interact courteously with delivery personnel, addressing questions or concerns and escalating complex issues as needed.
