Role Overview

We are searching for qualified individuals to join our team as Night Patrol Officers equipped with their own mode of transportation (bike, car, or van).

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possession of PWM Security Supervisor (SS) certification or Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) license is mandatory.
• Preferably candidates with experience in customer service or with background in uniformed services such as Police, SAF (Singapore Armed Forces), or SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with clients and fellow security officers.
• Dynamic team player with a personable attitude.
• Own transport (bike, car, or van) is preferred to fulfill patrol duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine rounds and site checks to ensure staff compliance with duties and gather feedback from the night team.
• Monitor attendance records, night team incident logs, alertness, and appearance of staff on site.
• Manage welfare and support of security personnel on duty.
• Provide recommendations to management to strengthen security protocols across the organization.
• Conduct monthly refresher training sessions covering bomb threat procedures, customer service, and security-related topics.
• Collaborate with management and client representatives to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss service improvements and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to clients and management.
• Serve as a stand-in for Senior Security Supervisor or Security Supervisor as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management or clients.
