Night Hygiene Operative

Role Overview

Dunbia Group, a prominent European supplier of premium Beef, Pork, and Lamb products to national and international markets, seeks enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join their Night Hygiene team. The role requires maintaining exceptional cleanliness in production areas to prepare for the following day's operations.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, encompassing a 37.5-hour workweek. Pay starts at 12.71 per hour, increasing to 13.79 upon successful training completion or after a six-month review.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearing debris and dirt from surfaces within the production environment.
• Disassembling specific machinery parts to facilitate thorough cleaning.
• Operating pressure washers to eliminate stubborn debris and grease.
• Performing deep cleaning as necessary to maintain hygiene standards.

Additional Duties

• Adhering strictly to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations set by the company.
• Collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team setting.
• Proper handling and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Previous factory cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
• COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driving License is required.
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated; no sponsorship available for overseas candidates.
