About the role

nhow Berlin is looking for a Night Auditor to join its front office team in the overnight shift. The position suits someone who enjoys a creative, unconventional hospitality environment and wants to support international guests with a professional, welcoming attitude.

In this role, you will handle standard check-in and check-out tasks and provide in-person as well as phone-based guest assistance throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

The Night Auditor supports smooth overnight operations and ensures guests receive attentive service during the night.

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist guests both face-to-face and by phone during the night shift.
  • Handle and file debtor-related records.
  • Carry out cash handling duties.
  • Run the night shift independently and responsibly.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in front office work is required.
  • Very good German and English language skills are needed.
  • A strong focus on guest service and hospitality is expected.
  • Good organizational skills are important.
  • You should communicate clearly and bring strong motivation.
