About the Role
As a Floor Assistant Housekeeping, you will support and stand in for the Housekeeping Manager while coordinating cross-department cooperation. Bringing dedication and passion to guest care, you can expect the same commitment from us towards you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to and enhancement of overall quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations.
- Plan monthly inventory assessments.
- Train, lead, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Manage decoration throughout the hotel after consultation.
Qualifications
- Completed training in hospitality or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in German and English languages.
- Competent user of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
- High level of commitment and attention to detail.
