Job description
Role overview
As a Night Auditor, you will be the overnight point of contact at the front desk and help create a welcoming, dependable guest experience while others are asleep. The role calls for strong communication, a friendly manner, and the ability to stay composed when priorities shift.
Your main objective is to strengthen guest loyalty through attentive service and reliable handling of front office processes. You will coordinate daily reception tasks according to established procedures, support accurate guest billing before check-out, and take care of administrative end-of-day work, including preparing and forwarding the daily close-out to the management and accounting teams.
What you will handle
- Manage the night-shift front desk and keep reception activities running smoothly.
- Support guest satisfaction and retention through professional, service-oriented communication.
- Organize and coordinate daily tasks at the reception in line with company standards.
- Complete guest billing correctly prior to check-out.
- Carry out administrative duties, including the compliance-based day-end closing process and submission to management and accounting.
