Located conveniently next to the train station, across from the Heidelberg Congress Center, and close to Bahnstadt, guests enjoy direct S-Bahn access to the historic city center and the famous castle. This modern, 15-story landmark features 310 sophisticated rooms and suites, a comprehensive wellness and fitness center, and eight advanced event spaces, including a spectacular 350 sqm ballroom on the 13th floor. On the 15th floor, a restaurant, rooftop bar, and terrace offer incredible views along with excellent food and drinks for guests, locals, and visitors alike.

Role Overview

The ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg seeks a Night Auditor (m/f/d) or night shift front desk clerk to join the team as soon as possible, with flexible start dates.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests during night hours, handling check-ins and check-outs
• Provide on-site guest support and address their needs
• Manage cash operations, balance registers, and prepare invoices
• Carry out daily end-of-day accounting procedures
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email during the night shift
• Conduct security rounds throughout the premises overnight

What We Look For

• Completed vocational training, ideally in hotel management, and prior front desk experience
• Excellent command of PC applications and MS Office; PROTEL experience preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
• Polished manners and professional presence
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Reliability, adaptability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Additional Information

• Salary in line with collective wage agreements, ranging from €2,484 to €2,958 gross per month, with potential for above-tariff compensation based on experience and qualifications.
