The position also supports the team’s operating discipline by maintaining reporting, dashboards, and documentation. Acting as the main contact for assigned programs, the manager will work across functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Share timely status reports with stakeholders and leadership, including launch readiness, KPI performance, project risks, and items that need escalation.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Packaging, Design, and Operations to advance innovation and merchandising programs.
- Keep NPD reports, dashboards, calendars, and project files current and accurate for clear team communication.
- Coordinate with Packaging and the BOM Analyst to build and maintain bills of materials in the system of record.

- 5 to 10+ years of total experience in Supply Chain, Product Development, or a closely related area.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple NPD programs from concept to commercialization, including formula and packaging work.
- Strong skills in project coordination, organization, and prioritization, with the ability to handle several initiatives at once.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities, including influencing teams, holding owners accountable, and resolving conflicts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; exposure to Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods is beneficial.
- Working understanding of FMCG new product development, packaging materials, and commercialization requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning tools; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-first approach.
