About the Role
We are seeking recent graduates who possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to join our team as Business Analysts. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between business requirements and technological solutions, facilitating the successful delivery of impactful digital and financial projects.
Compensation for this position is estimated to range between 50000 and 80000 annually, taking into account skill level, experience, certifications, and geographic market conditions. Final salary offers will be determined based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and clearly document both business and functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend existing business processes and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Convert business needs into detailed system specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis and validation by writing and executing SQL queries.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog effectively.
- Facilitate smooth communication among business teams, developers, and quality assurance groups.
- Support project management tasks including tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A keen willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, complemented by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with finance or banking sectors is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and experience using testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
