Role Overview
As a New Business Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for new inbound leads, managing the qualification process and collaborating with marketing, sales, and business operations teams to drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on assisting new developers, identifying key growth opportunities, and integrating customer feedback with internal product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and act as the primary contact for new customer engagements
- Support new developers onboarding with Plaid’s products and address their inquiries
- Identify promising developers and verticals for strategic growth
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Work closely with growth marketing to provide insights and contribute to campaign planning

The compensation package includes a salary range of $81,774 to $95,086, with potential equity and commission components subject to role and performance.
