Job description
Role Overview
Take charge of daily NOC functions on behalf of the client, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly without compromising service standards.
Key Duties
- Manage escalation of incidents between internal departments and external vendors.
- Oversee critical incident monitoring with consistent updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead coordination of troubleshooting efforts, engaging appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain oversight of incident resolution progress with strict adherence to SLA commitments.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of five years' experience in system administration or network operations center roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing incident response and escalation workflows.
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Preferably familiar with ITIL frameworks and network monitoring applications.
- Emphasis on candidate eligibility under Saudization policy.
