Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Network Manager to take charge of network operations, infrastructure performance, and connectivity across the business. This position calls for someone who can guide network teams, run enterprise-scale environments, maintain security and uptime, and continuously improve network architecture and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute network plans that support broader business and technology goals.
• Oversee enterprise networking across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud-based environments.
• Protect network availability, stability, speed, and security across all sites and systems.
• Handle monitoring, issue resolution, incident response, and performance tuning for the network stack.
• Plan and manage upgrades, migrations, capacity expansion, and modernization projects.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to meet operational needs.
• Define and enforce network standards, operating procedures, policies, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, and service partners for network-related contracts and support.
• Track performance indicators and propose improvements for better scalability and efficiency.
• Guide, coach, and develop network engineers, administrators, and technical support staff.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, IT infrastructure, or closely related work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading network teams or managing network operations is preferred.
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, and network security fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking products and platforms from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent vendors.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience using network monitoring, automation, and performance management tools.
• Strong analytical ability, troubleshooting skills, and a structured approach to solving problems.
• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
