About the Role
Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT HR consulting and managed solutions provider in India, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer L1 for immediate deployment at one of its top-tier clients, a CMMi level 5 company. With over 28 years of standing in the industry and offices across major Indian cities, Future Focus Infotech partners with reputed IT organizations like TCS, Wipro, IBM, and Infosys.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure networking hardware including routers, switches, WiFi devices, and firewalls.
- Monitor and configure FortiGate firewalls and routers.
- Use SolarWinds monitoring tools to oversee network health and performance.
- Configure and maintain WAN links, coordinating with ISP providers during link downtimes.
- Manage network patch installations and monitor IOS versions, coordinating firmware upgrades as necessary.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and handle ticketing tools for issue tracking.
- Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot network connectivity independently using dynamic IP routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant network engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking products including routers and switches.
- Proficiency with FortiGate Firewall configuration and monitoring.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
- Understanding of dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel for reporting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving network issues.
- Educational qualification: Any graduate.

- Location: Positions available in Bangalore and Mumbai (Goregaon).
- Employment Type: Permanent with Future Focus Infotech Pvt Ltd with client deputation.
- Salary: Up to INR 35000 per month.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
