Role Overview
This national service position is full-time and based on-site in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan District. The role involves supporting clinic operations through activities such as assisting with patient registration and maintaining records, performing basic administrative duties, and providing courteous customer service. Personnel will guide patient inquiries to relevant healthcare staff, handle basic data entry and reporting, participate in outreach or health education initiatives, and work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to facilitate effective service delivery. Adherence to established protocols, confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy are essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and a basic finance understanding to assist with data and financial tasks.
