About Jacuzzi Group
Established in 1956, the Jacuzzi® Brand has evolved into the renowned Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of functional home and outdoor products available in over 60 countries. The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel division, expanding rapidly with 13 nationwide branches in under five years, integrates high-quality materials, skilled sales teams, certified in-house installers, and decades of proven industry excellence to ensure unmatched customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
The National Production Manager plays a pivotal role in the company's growth strategy by spearheading comprehensive new market launches across North America and onboarding production leaders to ensure efficient, customer-centric operations. This includes guaranteeing these leaders are properly trained, certified, and operationally prepared throughout all launch phases.
New Market Launch Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site leader during new market rollouts, physically overseeing the setup and launch at each location.
- Manage office and warehouse buildout to ensure readiness, proper equipment allocation, organization, and compliance with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel standards before launch.
- Recruit, onboard, and train production staff—Installers, Installation Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, and Production Managers—ensuring certification and job readiness prior to launch.
- Oversee the launch timeline and budget end-to-end, proactively identifying risks and escalating them to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, HR, and Finance to guarantee integrated systems, inventory, and support for launch success.
- Create and continuously refine a standardized market launch playbook documenting processes from site selection through the initial installation.
- Establish post-launch monitoring on operational readiness, production metrics, and quality for executive review.
Production Leadership Training Duties
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs targeted at Production and Installation Managers across all markets.
- Teach project scheduling, job sequencing, crew coordination, and timeline management.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce CRM training covering pipeline management, job updates, customer notes, and reporting to ensure platform consistency.
- Equip managers with customer interaction skills, professionalism guidelines, and escalation procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to keep SOPs updated, aligning training content with current best practices and business needs.
- Evaluate field competence through site visits, ride-alongs, and performance assessments; offer focused coaching where necessary.
- Monitor training completion, certification status, and field performance; report outcomes to leadership and tweak programs to address common deficiencies.
Location Preference
Applicants located in or near Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Phoenix, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Chino, CA; Raleigh, NC; Detroit, MI; St. Louis, MO; Houston, TX; Miami, FL; or Atlanta, GA will receive strong consideration.
