- Lead the design, market positioning, and ongoing improvement of the standalone customs service.
- Build a clear market-entry approach and articulate a compelling value proposition for the product.
- Strengthen digital links with customers, partners, and customs authorities through automation and integration solutions.
- Develop trusted relationships with major clients and serve as the primary contact across business lines.
- Contribute to national-level strategy, governance, and decision-making while ensuring business alignment.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related area is preferred.
- Substantial background in customs brokerage, international trade, or logistics is required.
- Demonstrated success in business development and in managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of customs rules, compliance requirements, and cross-border trade processes.
- A commercial outlook with experience in revenue growth and P&L responsibility.
- Ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Very good command of English; Arabic is a significant plus, and additional languages are beneficial.
