Role overview
The National Accounts Coordinator supports the Senior National Accounts Manager and the wider Commercial Team with coordinated administrative work across sales, trade marketing, wholesale, and inventory planning for Boots. The role is based in Lancer Square, Kensington, London, and reports to the National Accounts Manager.

What you will do
- Oversee the daily administration connected to sales, trade marketing, wholesale activity, and inventory planning for the brand across retailers.
- Help deliver trade marketing initiatives by working with Marketing on creative briefs, collecting assets, and ensuring retailer submissions are made on schedule.
- Support promotion planning for trading activity, including coordinating any approvals needed from global teams.
- Prepare and complete retailer documentation such as new line forms, nominations, joiners and leavers paperwork, and line list forms within the required deadlines.
- Work with the Demand Planner to track new product launches and core replenishment orders smoothly.
- Share monthly wholesale performance updates against internal forecasts with the Demand Planner.
- Coordinate with internal teams on store opening processes so National Accounts and Marketing responsibilities are completed on time.
- Build effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and keep everyone informed of progress and requirements.
- Compile weekly and monthly sales and SKU analysis reports for the National Accounts Team.
- Prepare information and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Take on special projects as needed to support business priorities and personal development.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded, and confident handling a varied workload in a busy environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical abilities are important, along with a proactive and positive approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Boots is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability.
- Good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to review information and suggest practical recommendations.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to stay upbeat and effective in a fast-paced work setting.
