  • Handle retailer-specific systems including item setup, promotional submissions, and ongoing account management.
  • Set strategies and direct priorities for third-party merchandising and retail execution partners to enhance in-store visibility and sales outcomes.
  • Work alongside trade marketing to devise account-targeted activations, point-of-sale materials, shopper marketing programs, and omni-channel strategies.
  • Regularly prepare and present business updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to the VP of US Sales and senior leadership.
  • Manage trade budgets and spending approvals to maximize investment efficiency and profitability.
  • Engage in sales meetings to share successes, tackle challenges, and align company priorities and strategies.
  • Attend retailer meetings, industry trade shows, and events as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated success collaborating directly with Mass retail buyers, brokers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of retailer systems, including promotional planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory control in Mass retail environments.
  • Proven ability managing fast-growing, high-volume accounts with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for TRIP’s mission to help people find calm.
  • Adept at thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings with flexibility and result-driven focus.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent project management and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
