Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join a thriving private practice based at a scenic Tennis & Squash Club in Swansea. This is a full-time, self-employed position that involves managing a substantial portion of the lead physiotherapist's caseload.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert rehabilitation services to private patients, including those with self-funding arrangements and private medical insurance.
- Treat high-performance athletes affiliated with Swansea University and local communities.
- Effectively manage and organize your own caseload independently.
- Contribute to business growth and support a positive team dynamic within a professional group of five staff members.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Registration with HCPC and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Strong skills in strength and conditioning techniques.
- Possession of a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy.
- Competence in using dynamometry, force plate testing, and functional movement assessment tools such as BFRA.
- Ability to stay current with latest research and demonstrate willingness to challenge personal clinical assumptions.
- Team player with an ambition towards personal and professional development.
