Candidate Profile
- Strong work ethic combined with honesty and reliability
- Effective communication skills promoting teamwork
- Possession of High School diploma or GED
- Experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Applicants holding IICRC certifications are preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to take on-call shift assignments
- Physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance, climbing ladders, working in confined and elevated spaces, manual work, and repeating tasks
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Work hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday
- Some evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel required; occasional out-of-area work may also be necessary
- Physical demands include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional assisted lifting up to 100 lbs, working overhead, operating with specialized solvents and hand tools, and staying on feet throughout the day
