Role overview
Planedway Services is conducting a mega walk-in hiring drive for several leadership and specialist positions in international voice operations. These openings are based in Hyderabad, Indore, and Bangalore, and the roles are offered as full-time, permanent positions.
Experience and shift details
Applicants should bring between 3.5 years and 10+ years of relevant experience, depending on the role. The work schedule follows rotational shifts, which include night shifts. The shift length is 9 hours, and the work week runs on a 5-day rotational schedule.
Walk-in drive information
The hiring event is scheduled for Friday, July 10th, and Saturday, July 11th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The interview venue is Gurgaon, and additional venue details will be shared after the virtual screening stage.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to experienced professionals from international BPO and voice contact center backgrounds. Candidates should be any graduate.
Open positions and eligibility
- Assistant Manager – Operations: Suitable for professionals with at least 7 years in a contact center, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. International BPO exposure is preferred. The role calls for strong command over operational measures such as SL, AHT, Abandon Rate, FCR, and Quality, along with experience in leading customer care teams and managing daily SLA-driven operations.
- Team Lead – Operations: Intended for candidates with at least 5 years of contact center experience, including proven tenure as a team leader in an international voice process. The position requires solid people management, ongoing performance tracking, script adherence, CSAT monitoring, and escalation handling.
- Specialist – Quality (QA Analyst): Best suited for applicants with at least 4 years in QA within a contact center, including at least 1 year as an active Quality Analyst. International voice auditing experience is essential, along with familiarity with the 7 QC tools and Six Sigma methods. Understanding of QA %, FCR, and CSAT is also required.
- Specialist – Operations (SME / Senior Associate): Open to candidates with at least 3.5 years of experience in international voice or contact center support for US, UK, or Australian customers. Senior Associates seeking advancement are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication, a neutral or global accent, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset are important.
Skills and work expectations
Successful candidates should have excellent spoken and written English, confidence using contact center software and CRM platforms, the ability to operate under pressure, and flexibility to manage changing targets and difficult customer interactions.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives. The pay range stated is INR 8,00,000 to INR 18,00,000 per year.
