About the Role

As a Transcription Reviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of transcription outputs across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Examine transcripts thoroughly to confirm their precision, completeness, and linguistic correctness.
• Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions in transcription outputs.
• Carry out annotation tasks following specific project guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to established review protocols to guarantee deliverables meet set standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Work autonomously to fulfill assigned tasks while maintaining productivity and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in one of these languages: German, US English, US Spanish, Latin American Spanish, European Spanish, Catalan, French (France), Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Romanian, Turkish, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Russian, Swedish, Vietnamese, Danish, Czech, or Finnish.
• Strong command of English to effectively understand project guidelines and communications.
• Prior experience in transcription, transcription review, annotation, or related linguistic work is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and language evaluation abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while consistently ensuring quality standards are met.
• Willingness to complete required onboarding training and assessments before beginning active project work.
