Multi-Family Construction Detail Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual with construction knowledge to join our team as a full-time Construction Detail Technician. This entry-level role involves assisting the construction team by cleaning, preparing, and detailing newly built homes within the Treasure Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean new construction homes to ensure detail and quality standards are met.
• Assist the construction team with various detailing and prep work during home building projects.
• Work actively on your feet in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior knowledge or experience in construction is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects and maintain pace with job demands.
• Commitment to a non-smoking workplace environment.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with immediate availability.
