- Set up and manage classroom resources, visual learning materials, and activity areas that support children’s cognitive, motor, and social growth.
- Track, record, and review developmental progress, then modify lessons and activities to suit individual learning needs.
- Keep the classroom safe, clean, and emotionally positive, while following health, safety, and emergency protocols.
- Oversee daily routines and encourage positive behaviour through age-appropriate guidance and consistent classroom practices.
- Maintain regular contact with parents and guardians through updates, progress sharing, and parent-teacher meetings, while working closely with the early-years team to improve curriculum delivery.

- Effective classroom control and behaviour guidance.
- Understanding of play-based and activity-based learning methods.
- Ability to assess child development and learning milestones.

- Familiarity with early-years curriculum models such as ECCE or EYFS is preferred.
- Comfort using digital tools for attendance and activity monitoring is a plus.
- A certificate or diploma in ECCE, NTT, Montessori training, or a similar qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a preschool, nursery, or daycare setting is preferred.
- Readiness to work on-site and follow institutional schedules and policies is required.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain it after joining, is required.
Benefits and Culture
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training and professional development.
- Well-structured curriculum, safe on-site facilities, and clear child-safety practices.
- Potential to progress into senior pre-primary or curriculum-coordinator responsibilities based on performance.
