Role overview
Join Halfords Garage Services as an MOT Tester based in Kent, England, United Kingdom. You’ll be part of a new Fusion centre fitted with modern equipment and designed to deliver an excellent customer experience along with a strong working environment.
Pay and working pattern
- Target total pay can reach up to £44,700.
- The base salary sits between £32,970 and £38,000.
- An uncapped monthly bonus plan is included, with average extra earnings of £6,700 a year.
- This role follows a 5-day working week.
- A refer-a-friend programme is available, subject to terms and conditions.
What you’ll do
As a qualified MOT Tester, you’ll support Halfords’ automotive service operations and help maintain workshop efficiency. When you are not carrying out MOTs, you may also assist the workshop team with light vehicle maintenance.
