Role Overview
We are seeking a Mortgage Specialist to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage team. This role involves collaborating with clients to assist them with financing property purchases and managing mortgage refinancing options. Candidates will operate within a team of advisors in a fast-moving environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise new and existing clients on various mortgage products and options tailored to their needs.
- Handle mortgage processes end-to-end, including preparation, submission, and management of applications with lenders, ensuring accuracy in data input across internal and external systems.
- Monitor and track the business pipeline to guarantee timely processing and delivery of mortgage proposals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and lending institutions throughout the mortgage completion stages.
- Ensure full compliance by verifying client files are complete according to company policies before archiving.
- Manage daily administrative queries related to client applications and keep management informed on relevant issues and potential sales prospects.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for both new business acquisition and existing client reviews.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to reflect current business pipeline status accurately.
- Perform various ad hoc duties to support business growth and perform general office administration tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong technical understanding of mortgage products and related financial services.
- Professional demeanor and highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent organizational skills and experience working efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and compliance standards.
- Prior experience within a busy financial services brokerage setting.
Additional Information
The organization supports ongoing education and professional development opportunities. The position is full-time and permanent with a hybrid work model applied post-training, requiring three days per week in the office based in County Tipperary, Ireland.
