Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Loan Processor to support homebuyers through the mortgage process. In this role, you will work with customers purchasing homes through Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes, helping create a smooth, supportive, and efficient experience from loan setup through closing.
This is an on-site position in NVR mortgage offices. The role combines customer service, coordination, and mortgage processing responsibilities, and plays a key part in connecting the borrower, sales team, and underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining regular contact and providing attentive support to homebuyers.
- Keep communication flowing between NVR Mortgage and homebuilding teams throughout the full loan cycle.
- Handle several loan files at once, gather and log customer information, and keep mortgage processing on schedule.
- Prepare loan files, request required documentation such as VOEs, VODs, and credit reports, and follow up on both submitted and pending loans.
- Coordinate closing documents and verify that files are complete and accurate before sending them to the closing department.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in loan processing.
- Preferred: familiarity with real estate paperwork, underwriting guidelines, compliance requirements, and mortgage procedures.

Compensation
